1. Zero Data Collection

ViClock ("the App") is built on a foundation of absolute privacy. We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your personal data. The App does not require a user account to function.

2. On-Device Processing

All core functionalities, including alarms, timers, routines, and wellness insights, operate entirely on your device. Any voice commands (Speech-to-Text) are processed locally using Apple's on-device recognition frameworks when configured appropriately in your system settings.

3. Apple HealthKit Integration

If you choose to use ViClock's wellness features (such as hydration or sleep tracking), the App may request permission to read and write data to the Apple Health app (HealthKit). This data remains securely on your device and within your iCloud account. We do not access this data remotely.

4. Advertising and Analytics

For users of the free version of the App, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain non-personally identifiable device information to serve relevant ads. You will be prompted to allow App Tracking Transparency (ATT) upon launching the app. Users who subscribe to ViClock Pro will not see any advertisements and no ad-tracking code will be initialized.
